SPECTRA SOLAR BRACKISH WATER SYSTEM

SSBW 15000

The Spectra Solar Brackish Water System employs Reverse Osmosis to desalinate and purify, providing up to 15,000 Liters (4,000 Gallons) from brackish water per day depending on the salinity of the feed water. It can operate in a range of salinity such as brackish wells, lakes, deltas and estuaries. Powered by solar and/or wind energy, it can run 24 hours a day without ongoing fuel and fuel transportation costs, and can also be plugged into the grid or backup generator. The pre-filtration has three auto-backflushing pre-filters for higher turbidity.

The RO module incorporates the Spectra Pearson energy recovery pump. The unit comes complete with a borehole delivery pump, controls, batteries, inverter, solar panels and optional wind generator. Made of non-corroding materials, the unit is durable, easy to maintain and operate. Installed or portable on an optional trailer, the Brackish Water System is ideal for military, disaster relief, village level water supply, resorts and homes.
