Spectra-Trunz

Spectra and Trunz have developed a strategic partnership to manufacture the land-based water treatment systems. Spectra builds the desalination modules and components for all of the seawater and brackish water reverse-osmosis models. Trunz incorporates it's proprietary automatic back-flush pre-filtration system into the state-of-the-art high-tech metal housings.

Trunz Water Systems is a new division of Trunz Gruppe AG, which was founded in 1972 in Switzerland as a company for ventilation and climate assemblies by Remo Trunz. In 2003, the company expanded their operations to vehicle technology and currently manufactures parts for Volvo and Mercedes Benz. Trunz is an ISO 9001 company with several locations employing the most advanced automated manufacturing tools and equipment.
